Votion Biorefineries has been awarded a grant from Region Västernorrland to support the production of bio-oil on a larger scale than previously.

Votion has submitted six patent applications to the Swedish Intellectual Property Office in order to protect the company’s proprietary process technology.

Votion Biorefineries has demonstrated proof-of-concept of their proprietary process technology for the conversion of biomass to advanced biofuel in a feasibility study.
